About The Company

Orion Automation was incorporated in 2007 by Dan Maynard [cv], who left a position as Technical Director of a general automation solutions company in order to focus on the exciting markets of machine vision and motion controls.

 

It is our belief that the machine vision, motion control and robotic markets will continue to grow in the UK, as the base demand for increased quality and equipment flexibility goes up, and the cost of hardware continues to fall.

 

In specialist systems integration, we believe that only a small company can offer the level of service required by having highly skilled people and keeping them close to the customer at all times. This also means that we take a very personal pride in the success of our work.

 

Our aim is to give value for money by providing a reliable and high quality service that makes customers want to continue using us in future.

 

In order to be able to complete larger projects, Orion maintains strategic relationships with other automation companies including system builders and component suppliers.
