Motion Control Programming

Our combination of mechanical understanding and experience designing industrial software gives a unique advantage in working with high performance motion control equipment. We are therefore able to produce complete systems including:

· specification of motors and drives

· electrical design and schematics including safety circuits

· configuration and tuning of servo motors

· control software on PLC or dedicated motion controller platforms

 

We have particular experience programming products from Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi and Baldor, and are able to very quickly get up to speed with other systems when customer specified.

 

Industrial fieldbus is essential for I/O and drive communications, and we have configured multiple systems using DeviceNet, Profibus, ASi and industrial Ethernet.
